To make your order please ensure you provide us with the following:

• Date of pick up
• Size of cake / Number of cupcakes
• Flavour and filling
• Design specifications (attach inspirational pictures and ideas)

NB: We do not do cake replication; images are used for inspiration.

Kindly note we require a 60% non-refundable retainer.

Should you wish to pay weeks/months in advance and inconveniences occur on your side Mushkitchens will not be held liable to refund you.

NB: No changes and alterations will be made to an existing order once the due date is less than 5 working days away.  This includes DATE MOVING, changing cake toppers, cake sizes, and flavours, and removal of items, as we pre-plan in advance to ensure we deliver quality products.

Due to the extensive load shedding currently in place any orders placed within 4 days will incur a late order fee of R300.00

Please try to order and confirm your orders well in time.

Our Standard cake height is 15-19cm high.

Our cake sizes are 15cm, 20cm, heart-shaped & bento with 5 cupcakes.

We only make a maximum of 3 tiers, being 10cm | 15cm | 20cm

TASTING

Mushkitchens does not offer one-on-one sit-down tasting sessions for cake orders. Should you wish to purchase a tasting box before placing an order for a birthday/celebration cake you are advised to buy a box of 12 cupcakes which includes only 2 flavours for R600.

Cake and cupcake orders with detailed figurines and toppers will incur an extra charge.

Kindly note our Delivery services depend on availability.

2 tiers and wedding cake delivery is compulsory.

WEEKEND (9 AM TO 1 PM) GRAND CENTRAL APARTMENT and selective holidays.
